boot windows 7 bluescreen 0x0000007e

hello everyone.

my problem is that i changed maximum memory in msconfig and windows 7 gets bluescreen while starting up.error i get in bluescreen is:0x0000007e
i tried going in safe mode, it doesn't work it just reboots, i also tried going in last successfull known boot configuration(or was it last good bootconfiguration)
i tried getting in all boot menu's all the other ones are useless, i think the f10 one is usefull but i don't know how to use it, it says:

can someone tell me what MAXMEM should be for 6 gigabyte ram?

Strangely but according to https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff557127(v=vs.85).aspx windows 7 doesn't support parameter maxmem.

Your best bet is to re-install Windows, that's the only way to reset your default settings if Last Known Configuration dosen't work and if you don't remember the settings in that you had in msconfig.
