Hi,

I have got a BSOD error twice this month. I have attached minidump file to this thread. I would like to request someone review it and let me know of the nature and risk level of this problem.

Thank You.

Best Regards,
Rajesh Kumar.

Could not read faulting driver name
Probably caused by : [COLOR="Red"][B]igdpmd64.sys[/B][/COLOR] ( igdpmd64+159f68 )

this is your Intel Graphics Driver: igdpmd64.sys

try to update from the Intel Drivers download: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/

as I see your driver is quite old:
Code:
Timestamp:        Mon [B]Nov 29 12:23:11 2010[/B] (4CF338BF)

Hi Rajesh.

Do you have windows update KB2670838 installed? If so, uninstall it. Report us for any further issue.

About your display driver, yes, it is old.
Code:
    Image name: atikmpag.sys
[COLOR=Red]    Timestamp:        Thu Jan 06 22:31:00 2011[/COLOR]
And you need to update it. You may get it from AMD's site: Download Drivers .... Take the option
Automatically Detect and Install Your Driver.
