BOOTMGR is compessed Peas Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

I needed some space so I compressed my C drive but when I switched my laptop back on after turning it off for the night I got the message BOOTMGR is compressed Press Ctrl+alt+del to restart. I have done this lots of times but it just keeps coming uo again!
It doesn't give me any other options and the other keys just make an error noise whenever I try something else. I don't have the windows disc just the disc to restore my factory settings. What can u do?? Please help!

Download and burn Hirens BootCD and use one of the many MBR utilities to repair your MBR..

Thanks for the swift reply Tews! My laptop won't let me do amythin but if I do this on someone elses computer and burn the CD to use on my laptop then this CD will boot up?

Yes, just be sure that you have your CD drive set as the first boot device...
