Bootmgr is missing or corrupted(NEW*)

k i am in windows, and used the partition recovery a couple of times, but it doesnt find any used partitions... all partitions are empty, or have no files in it.. help plz?

k i have tried many partition and data recovery software, and i cant get my files back... how can my files dissappear if i never formatted it anything :(
