Re our ancient, Windows 7, ThinkCentre in process of transitioning to new machines. Naturally, this am the machine stopped at boot with Boot manager can't find or corrupt - Do system disk repair.
No system disk. However, I used an old Lenovo recovery disk and the ThinkCentre booted to Windows. I ran Lenovo's system - passed.
Very clear Mini-tool webpage. I have no problem purchasing the product (I think I already did so years ago). But, I remembered using the three command prompts below that I received from this forum sometime ago.
bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /fixboot
bootrec /rebuildbcd
Simply put... is there additional value running these commands within and as a function of MiniTool or just run the commands?
