Brand new PC, BSOD on wake!

Hey guys, I just build a new computer. Gigabyte X58 board, i7 930, 4gb ddr3 dual channel, windows 7 32bit. Everytime it wakes from sleep, i get BSOD. Other than that the computer works perfect. I would greatly appreciate some help on this one, pretty frustrating! Thanks!!

I wonder if your Realtek networking drivers are the cause. Try updating it here: Realtek

Update your nVidia GFX drivers: Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers

Test your hard drive: HD Diagnostic

Enable driver verifier if that doesn't work.
