BSOD on wake from sleep, error 0x00000116

When I wake my computer from sleep I encounter BSOD. The phenomenon has been occurring for quite some time now. I purchased a new video card (the nVidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti) after which the BSOD kept on happening. The video card is driving two HP screens. I have tried un-installing all video drivers, reinstalling, keeping up-to-date all drivers, but this still happens. It's driving me bonkers! I have uploaded files with the details. Please share your thoughts. Thanks in advance for assistance.

Hmm, run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)
Make sure you tick the Uninstall C:/AMD and C:/NIVIDA folders while you are in DDU when you are done running DDU install your graphics driver again. This is the guide for DDU: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/367109-display-driver-uninstaller-how-use.html

I know you've done it multiple times but run this and if it dosen't work it might be 2 other stuff.

EDIT: If it BSODs again then run Furmark, if it BSODs in Furmark then the graphics card is failing, if it passes look up if the graphics card is compatible with your computer. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100356-video-card-stress-test-furmark.html

Thanks Laith. That's really helpful. Fingers crossed, but yesterday we had the PC not show the BSOD at all so, perhaps, this fix has worked. In the nicest possible way, I hope I don't have to post back on this site on this particular problem.
