brandnew hardware BSOD problem

brand new computer eveytime i boot up after a bit i get the BSOD. i have windows 7 ultimate X64 after a short wile no matter what im doing i get the BSOD saying IRQL_NOT _LESS_OR_EQUIL. i know some basics about computers but this has me stumped.and i honestly dont know where to start this is all the dump files and stuff that it came p with and i cant get the health scanner to run in safe mode any help would be greatly appreciated :D View attachment 196312

EDIT: If it's a brand new computer, I would just take it back. You obviously have some hardware issues that shouldn't be occurring on a brand new computer. It will save you a lot of headaches to take it back instead of trying to find the problem
