BSOD 0x00000050 Not sure what the problem is

Okay so before I do that, I would just like some clarification. I am supposed to take out the hard drive from the infected laptop and do what with it? And do I need some kind of adapter?
Also, does it have to be a desktop? I only have access to a laptop right now.

Ah if you only have access to a Laptop you would need a SATA to USB adapter .

Oh I see. And if I were to obtain an adapter, what would be the chances of this solution solving the issue? Or is that unknown?

If you could obtain one you could then manually delete the fbfmon.sys file if you can't delete it from the command prompt on System Recovery or using the Kaspersky Rescue Disc

Alright and that would cause what to happen? The laptop would just start normally or would I have to do something else after I put the hd back in? I just want to make sure that if I buy an adapter, it will fix this.

Right now that is what is causing the BSOD . Once we delete the file we could go from there . Having that adapter you won't go wrong with purchasing it . Its a good thing to have . So you won't be wasting any $$$ .
