BSOD 0x0000007B and "chkdsk failed to transfer logged messages ..."

Here is the whole story
I have a system with Windows 7 that I use for my customers.
Because of this I'd install "Reboot Restore Rx" (http://horizondatasys.com/reboot-restore-rx-release-notes21/) so after a reboot my system returned back to normal state.
I decided to divide my hard disk to two partitions to install another clean installation of Windows 7.
Before that I had to uninstall Reboot Restore.
New partition and new installation were successful.
After that installed again "Reboot Restore Rx" to protect my system.
A few days later I had to uninstall "Reboot Restore Rx" to clean my system and check my hard drive.
But after restart I take BSOD with error 0x0000007B just after the four color spots join to one.

Same BSOD in any Safe Mode.
Followed these instructions http://support.horizondatasys.com/Troubleshooter/Step/View/5 to reset Windows 7 MBR but nothing changed.
I cannot follow BSOD - Posting Instructions https://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help-support/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html or the most of these instructions https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219533-troubleshooting-windows-7-failure-boot.html because I cannot boot to any mode
Booting from Windows CD to Recovery Console and running "chkdsk c: /f /r /v" take the message "Failed to transfer logged messages to the event log with status 50".

I think that my hard drive is 'locked' somehow and I need your help to unlock him
My files are all there waiting for me..

I've run this procedure many times with no luck.
Even last note for BCD completely rebuilt had no change.

I mentioned that when I boot to Safe Mode last file that run before BSOD is 'disk.sys'.

Here are the results.

Step 1 : negative - from RAID to IDE and back to RAID
Step 2 : negative - Change to Integrated IDE / Integrated SATA / RAID Volume_0000
Step 3 : negative - Chkdsk ends without errors but with message "Failed to transfer logged messages to the event log with status 50".
Step 4 : negative - Cannot run msconfig because cannot boot to Safe Mode
Step 5 : negative - No viruses
Step 6 : negative - There is only one partition and is active
Step 7 : negative - No hard disk error

I'm very dissapointed

Please do not expect a massive amount of suggestions to try from different people.
Unlike other subforums, the BSOD subforum doesn't get as much attention and its usually those who can read dumps that reply.
