BSOD 0x0000124 at Random Times

BSOD occurs randomly, idle, gaming, watching videos. At First I thought it was my CPU overheating but I have been running Core Temp and found this is not true. During the last BSOD I had 2 webpages open and 1 was playing a video. The Temp was around 35C.

I disabled overclocking as my new Mobo had it set automatically. I also kicked up my fans. I will test this over the weekend and let you know how things go. If it Blue screens again I will run those tests.
