BSOD 0x19

I keep getting BSOD Bad_Pool_Header 0x00000019 and don't know how to open the minidumps, much less read them. Can someone help me?

Windows 7 Ultimate, 32-bit

Uninstall AVG and use MSE

looks as if removing aol, roxio, updating teamviewer and uninstalling avg did the trick. i then installed mse, but i starting getting all kinds of various "virus 2011" trying to install from various websites, even on the bing and google search pages. i just didnt feel as if mse was giving me the protection i needed so i installed the latest paid version of avg. so far, no bsod's! yay! :party:
