BSOD, 1 drive disappears from My Computer Locale: 2057

Hi All,

Recently I converted my server from Linux to Windows Server R2 2008 (Based on Windows 7).
I've had this weird issue where my server seems to restart and I get the 'Serious error' dialogue.

I also notice from time to time, one of my hard drives goes missing from MY Computer, so it may be related.

Can anyone take a look at the dump files and let me know if they have any idea?

Sorry, I've attached the logs now. The hardrive disappearing was a seperate issue - failing hard drive. Replaced it now, but still having the BSODS!

Any thoughts?

The driver i have installed for the TBS card is already the latest! Any thoughts?

Is it supported on Windows 7?

Yep - the website says so. Plenty of other people using it on the same platform too.

Re-install its driver.

Ok. I've just uninstalled and reinstalled the driver. I will let you know if that helps.

Steps I took:
1) Disabled the device in Device Manager
2) Uninstalled the driver from Device Manager
3) Uninstalled the driver package from Add Remove Programs
4) Rebooted
5) Reinstalled the driver package using the executable from TBS.

Upload any new loads to capture the new BSODs.

There are no new dumps in your logs to analyse, can you check these settings please?

1. Open Advanced System Settings
2. Click on Settings in Startup & Recovery
3. Make sure both boxes indicated below are checked
4. In the dropdown box ensure you're set to record Small Memory Dumps
