BSOD 3ds Max render, error 0x3B

Hello everyone! My first post here.

I had a BSOD while rendering some animation on 3ds Max. My computer is freshly installed, because previously the BSOD is quite often but I choose to ignore it. I don't install any driver except for the graphics card to minimize the driver conflict as they say. The driver is NVIDIA version 327.23.

Is that what causes the BSOD?

Updates are created because of many reasons - one is bugs which can cause BSOD's.

You're right. But is there any clues what is the cause of this particular BSOD?

I am not a BSOD specialist - so here's a quote from elsewhere about your BCcode...

The Stop 0x3B (SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION) indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.
According to the documentation provided by Microsoft, this error has been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to user-mode graphics drivers crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code; the first parameter value (00000000C0000005) seems to indicate that an access violation occurred.

also, checking the specs for 3ds Max, it looks as if the GTX560 isn't supported (although the GTX580 may be, it's not recommended).
