BSOD VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (116), error fffffa800baaa010

I have been seeing many BSOD in the past weeks. I have tried updating and rolling back drivers for both GPU I have. I am using one at time and have used the GIGABYTE AMD RADEON HD 6870 for many years. However once this stopped allowing me to boot or login, I switched to a backup NVIDIA QUADRO FX 3450/4000 SDI. Same BSOD, same messages. I'm thinking it's not the GPU, but something else. I consistently get the same message in the mini dumps. I have attached. I can run in safe mode, but once I enable either graphics card, the driver fails and tried to save itself or recover from a crash, usually resulting in a BSOD. Happens faster when watching a video of some kind via Brave or Firefox browser. Attached three minidumps in a zip.

Arg3: 0000000000000000, Optional error code (NTSTATUS) of the last failed operation.
Arg4: 0000000000000002, Optional internal context dependent data.

I have tested and completed a couple runs. I wasn't able to get it to print the report, but I took a picture of the finished run. It then just kept running. I completed two runs.

Have you checked with a different power supply or do you have blue screens?

I am trying to keep track of your link with updates below. First let me commend you for your suggestions. I'm going to put my updates in HTML tags (font color won't show) by your red updates.

I have removed one side of the case. This particular side has a large 120 mm fan in it. I'll see if that helps.

This test blue screened after about 15-20 seconds.

FurMark Setup:
- If you have more than one GPU, select Multi-GPU during setup
- In the Run mode box, select "Stability Test" and "Log GPU Temperature" (BurnIn test in newer versions).
Click "Go" to start the test
- Run the test until the GPU temperature maxes out - or until you start having problems (whichever comes first).
- Click "Quit" to exit




The following hardware issues are examples that can cause a TDR event:
- Failing overclock on CPU or GPU (stop overclocking) -

No overclocking has been done

- Bad sector in memory resulting in corrupt data being communicated between GPU and the system (either video or system memory) ( MemTest and a video memory stress test: |MG| Video Memory Stress Test 1.7.116 Download )
- Corrupt hard drive/windows install resulting in corruption to the system registry or the page file (Hard drive diagnostics ( HD Diagnostic ), reset your pagefile -

System File Checker did not find anything. 100% complete

^^ Ran this several times and it found no issues.
