Damnit, everything was working fine until today. I got a freeze, again within the first 10 minutes after boot. No BSOD, no sound stutters, just boom freeze.

Okay, the only programs you will need at boot are: Microsoft Security Client (that's MSE); JMB36x IDE Setup; CTXfihlp and you may want the Logitech Setpoint enabled, if you have made any personal shortcut keys etc.

Everything worked fine today.

I disabled PowerReg and CTXfihlp yesterday evening and I'm going to disable that Raid monitor today aswel, I'm not using RAID anyhow.

We'll see how it go's from here.

Hey all!

It's been a week now and I'm happy to announce that everything works fine. I don't get any error messages in windows log files any more right after startup. I think that last freeze might have been MSE because that was giving an error at startup in logs (Microsoft Security Client OOBE stopped working) but I fixed it by reinstalling.

I guess the issues where: wrong BIOS settings and lack of drivers?

Thank you all for the support. I hope hope not to see you again under these circumstances! :p
