BSOD 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3 on new Dell L502X

Hi, I purchased a Dell L502x and now I'm having problems with BSOD 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3

Here is my system info:

-Windows 7 home Premium
-x64
-Original OEM os is installed from Dell
-Hardware is new, purchased from Dell and arrived on 3/15/2012

I have attached the required zip file.

I would really appreciate any help you guys can offer.

McAfee is a frequent cause of BSOD's.
Please remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST!
