Solved BSOD after around 50 mins

The link below has some previous information and tests I have already run when I posted to toms hardware to try and get some help but as I looked around more I saw that this forum seemed to have better results I saw on other people posts. Since this I have performed a clean install of windows 7 onto my new hard drive which helped a little bit with crashes around 5-7 hours of use but they slowly have gotten shorter and shorter until 2 days ago when it stopped crashing for almost 2 days presumably from downgrading drivers to the last MSI verified Driver but then it started crashing again today for some reason. Like it says on the tomshardware post I have run memtest through 11 passes and have checked the hard drives for errors and used CCleaner to clean my registry. I also saw somewhere that I might need to upgrade my vbios but I have no idea how to do that or if it is even necessary. Also most of my recent crashes seem to be caused by ntoskrnl.exe. Any help here is appreciated!

Firstly, stop using CCleaner - it is known to treat .dmp files (these are needed to troubleshoot BSOD's) as junk and delete them automatically.

You have a very broad range of different bugchecks, which makes this hard to solve. In my experience this is usually attributable to several outdated drivers, and possibly even an outdated BIOS.

I've only looked at the last 2 .dmp files.

This is the Intel NIC driver and is related to the Intel USB driver problem - updating the Intel USB driver may fix this issue too. You can also check for an updated driver for it at the same Intel site I linked above.

You should do a general check and update ALL device drivers, and also ensure Windows 7 is fully updated.

Concerning your BIOS, its quite dated - the latest version is F7, and you are currently using F2. It might be worth updating the BIOS - if done correctly, there is no downside and is quite straightforward. Make sure you are selecting the correct motherboard revision, and double-check you have the correct motherboard selected.

Ok I will try these things and report back later and regarding ccleaner I made sure it won't delete my dump files so they are all there. Windows 7 is also up to date.

So I downloaded the intel automatic driver installer and it only did my network adapter and failed to update intel chipset device software. I also searched for the NIC driver and couldn't find it and the usb driver is the one I already have.
