Hi guys.

I am very desperate.

I get a BSOD right after a clean install and after the OS boots into itself and configurates.

The exact error is as below attachment.

I cant find a fix on the internet.

Have used both DVD and USB installs, Same error. Swapped RAM modules, removed one and just used one. I dont know what else to try.

Thank you in advance.

Hello There, solved in a laptop from asus model x540s

on my case this computer comes with windows 10, but my client wanted the good old SEVEN os :)

next is how i solved it ( Assuming that you did all the previous of making the partition from GPT to MBR )

- Press F8 while booting,
- it will show an advanced menu for windows 7 boot,
- boot in safe mode.
- if the blue screen of death (BSOD) comes after the system tried to load the file "disk.sys" just do the next step and it should load
- There is a setting in BIOS called I/O Security and in there was Card Reader Interface. I switched from Unlock to Lock and to my amazement, no BSOD!!
