BSOD after clean install, new power supply & new motherboard.

That's the thing.

One stick passed in one and failed in another. The other stick passed in both. By the logic stated above neither the sticks or board is bad.

You're right that's not conclusive at all. Does you BIOS have a way to set to Default values? Sometimes a wrong timing or voltage setting can make good RAM throw errors. Do both stick pass memtest? If they are swapped?
