the error code i am getting is
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
STOP: 0x00000050 (0xFFFFFA802B200000, 0x0000000000000000, 0xFFFFF800036982A8, 0x0000000000000002)

I have tried doing the system repair and restore point but nothing works, i was able to get into safe mode once and roll back the graphics driver but it still didnt work and now i cant even get into safe mode again, any safe mode.

There are no new parts, everything connected has been for several months with no problems.

Hello and welcome Seraphus now are you saying the machine will not boot at all?

So if you do a cold boot - just what happens when you power on now? what do you see?

It does the usual BIOS screen then loads the OS and i do get the windows animation and just before it gets to the locked screen to sign in it goes to the BSOD with the error message shown above and it does this on all safe modes as well. I am starting to think it is either my graphics card is not responding or possibly something is going wrong with the harddrive. I have never encountered a BSOD like this that wont let me do any kind restore or driver roll back. I would like to get it up in some mode so i can transfer some important data to another drive just in case i might have to do a factory reset, but only if that is the only option left to take. If anyone can think something else i might not have tried yet would most appreciative.

Ok so not wanting to sound odd but you do tap the F8 key before hitting the power button and keep tapping while it goes into safe mode?

If so then I think this might be worth trying http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/rescuedisk just in case something nasty has been picked up because safe mode should be real easy to boot up.

Now there are other options to repair with and you can get an ISO from here to repair with you just need to make the DVD bootable and just make sure you only get the version of Windows that you have a licence for.
Now the site is Heidoc.net but I cannot get it to load right now if you can then the ISO's can be got from there.

There is this too Access Denied have never used this one myself but as long as you have the activation code for your machine then it should be ok.

For retrieving data see my little ditty here
BOOTABLE UBUNTU
Make a bootable Ubuntu disk Download Ubuntu Desktop | Download | Ubuntu
Set the BIOS to boot from the optical when the machine boots it will show you a screen with TRY or INSTALL > select TRY not INSTALL
When it is finished - it takes very little time you will get a screen like in the pic .
Open the drive you want > User and dig down until you get to the data / settings you may be able to copy / paste the material you want to an external source or other installed drive doing this.
I am not sure if it will but I have recovered tons of data etc using this method both on "dead" or just plain drives that you cannot get data from using Windows.

Or there is this Emergency Kit - save your files from a dead OS I prefer Ubuntu a tad easier to set up but this does the same thing

So for some reason I was able to get it to boot and there is defiantly a hdd issue because I got an error from my Intel rapid storage program or whatever it was called and so I got a copy of clonezilla from someone at work and at the moment is copying to a new drive but is taking a long time (21 hours so far) and it is getting a bunch of bad sector errors so we will see what happens when it finishes, fingers crossed it works. Will give update for the results. This is extremely annoying.

Hiyya mate now that is far too long you would be better off using the clone feature in this
Macrium Reflect Free even with an old spinner hard drive this will only take about ten to fifteen minutes - it is of course way quicker on an SSD.
