Solved BSOD after new psu and graphics card installed, error 0x0000003b

I have re-installed all of my graphic drivers, uninstalled my antivirus (Avast), and nothing seems to be working. It doesn't seem to happen at a specific time, it just randomly will BSOD every few days. I uploaded the logs using DM Log Collector.

I also tried scanning with sfc /scannow, and repairing with my windows disk because I thought that it might have been a corrupted update but neither of those worked.

When you said you tried sfc /scannow it didn't work, are you saying it wouldn't run or that it couldn't repair the files or that it ran and found no integrity violations?

That is your graphics driver

Try downloading the latest driver from Download Drivers Uninstall the old drivers and then follow these instructions and check ATI display drivers only

Could you be more specific in your hardware descriptions please. Exactly which graphics card do you have, also the manufacturer, model and size of your power supply and exactly what drives do you have in Raid 0? It would help us to help you if you are as descriptive as possible on all hardware. What is an AM10 USB device, for example.

The card I added was a Sapphire R9 270, and the PSU was the one in this Link, Graphics card Link. Also when I did the sfc /scannow it didn't find anything to replace, but it did finish the scan. I also already re-installed my graphics card drivers, and it didn't help but I will again.
