This dump is again pointed at storage, an I/O error.

DO you have a different storage solution you can try?

Driver verifier is still enabled, disable it by following the tutorial linked below.

  1. Start typing verifier.exe into the start menu, and open Verifier.​

  If you cannot get into Windows to turn off Verifier, try using Safe Mode.​

Although unlikely, test the RAM for elimination purposes.

Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+:

• RAM - Test with Memtest86+

   Tip

• :info: Pay close attention to part 3 of the tutorial "If you have errors"
• :tip: Test the RAM with Memtest86+ for at least 7-10 passes. It may take up to 22 passes to find problems. Make sure to run it once after the system has been on for a few hours and is warm, and then also run it again when the system has been off for a few hours and is cold.

I'll start that memtest asap. I did run superpi on it originally and tested up to 32m to see if it would root out any errors. I do not believe it is the memory though.

This issue must lie with the new SSD installed, as that is the only major change made to the PC. Firmware is updated, and the Intel full diagnostic tools can't find anything. Chkdsk came back clean. Everything looks healthy, but I can't figure out any other causes for this type of issue.
