Solved BSOD after reinstalling windows.

Hello everybody.Im new to this forum.
Im going to college and I recently bought an used laptop.
I bought a Dell Latitude E6520 laptop.

First off the laptop was working fine but only 4 of 8 gb ram was usable .(win ultimate 32 bit )
So I thought why not format the laptop and use 64 bit.(so I could use 8 gb of ram)
Did a clean install, everything went fine , 8 gb ram was usable.Started installing the proper drivers, updating windows etc..

After 2 days or so BSOD started appearing.I never got BSOD so im not good at fixing it.
Please somebody check the dumps and locate the problem.
Also id like to mention that BIOS is locked.(ill really appreciate if somebody can unlock the bios, ill pay)

Reduce the start-up items, Antivirus software is basically whats required.

Avast! can be a cause of BSODs, please remove it and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials & the Free version of Malwarebytes, update and make full scans separately:

Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+:
   Tip
