BSOD after screen is turned off for powersaving

trying to figure out what is causing my system to crash. It only happens after the screen turns off for power saving. Not when waking up from sleep.
On the bsod there is a message saying dxgkrnl.sys -address fffff88004675aeo
there is a dump file but i can not get it to load if anyone has any tips i would appreciate it.

System Specs:
Windows 7 home 64 bit oem
Hp dv7 laptop 3 months old
Have not re installed OS

MSINFO32 shows video errors along with a few hibernation errors. In the old days errors with hibernation were a sure sign of video issues. It's not so certain with Vista/7, but it's still a strong possibility.

I would uninstall the current video drivers and install these: ATI Catalyst

I'd ensure that the laptop was staying cool and is used on a hard surface - maybe even using a cooling pad.
I'd ensure that the fan is blowing air out of the case - and I'd blow out all vents with canned air (DON'T use a vacuum or a compressor as they can cause damage).

If that doesn't stop it, then try replacing the chipset and the storage drivers (they are also involved in the hibernation process).
