Hello. I'm new here and hoping someone can help me with a recurring BSOD problem I've been having. I have my screen saver set for 10 minutes, (blank/black screen) and a few minutes after the screen saver comes on, I get the BSOD. Sleep mode is set for 1 hour. I am attaching my dump files. Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

These are pretty straight forward they were caused by your ati driver (specifically atinavrr.sys). You need to remove all traces of teh current one and download and install a fresh copy

let us know if you need help

Thank you very much for the advice zigzag3143 and Jonathan_King! :)

After I read your replies, I spent some time trying to find out more about it. I was surprised that I was unable to find my TV tuner listed under my device driver. I looked through every entry, but couldn't find it.

I haven't removed and replaced any drivers yet. It's a brand new computer, and I thought I might email Lenovo first to see if they are familiar with the issue. It's been many years since I've updated any drivers, and that was in XP. Is Windows Update effective for updating drivers, if I enable that function? Or is it not recommended?

Oddly though, the problem seems to have stopped happening today. I'm really not sure what's going on.

Windows Update is very good for updating drivers. If it's not enabled already, be sure to enable it ASAP.
