BSOD after sleeping

I got BSOD (have gotten two) and they seem to have started to occur after something happened to my hard drive. It's clicking or whatever and was just wondering if that was to cause to it. It happened today...

xnyk, as your crash dumps are not saying the complete information relating to that crahs, we need crash dumps with driver verifier enabled.

Enable verifier, use the computer normally with verifier on, let it crash and upload the dumps.

Now I started in safe mode and when I start up regularly it looks like it's in safe mode. All white, no details and colors on firefox although i do I have my wallpaper

The driver is very old. Before the age of windows 7.
