BSOD after startup and loading my programs (Did a system restore)

Hey Axe0 sorry I've been away for so long. University has started for me so I've been extra busy when it comes to school and also homework. I've needed my PC and couldn't do the last suggestion you had made.

I never had any BSOD after the last post I made on here so I didn't find doing a clean install necessary. It lasted longer than a month! I thought the problem was gone and you had fixed my issue. However, I did some Windows updates today (October 12th) and I shut down my computer. I had two BSOD happen back to back almost two minutes after startup. I instantly clicked restart on my PC before the 1st BSOD occured/completed, second one I let it fall too the actual BSOD before restarting again, which is why there is only 1 dmp file in my minidump. I'm repeating the chkdsk /r that you suggested to me in earlier posts. If this doesn't fix the problem when I will be moving on to a clean install. I do have a few questions before I do so.

1. I currently have my OS on my SSD and during this clean install Is it okay if I move my OS to my Seagate HDD. (So to check if problems persist on both the SSD and the HDD if its a hardrive problem)
2. Is it possible for me to keep everything on the HDD and just delete the OS or do I have the clear the HDD completely to make it the main partition.
3. Once Windows finally installs and its just Microsoft Essentials (I'm assuming this is right after the clean install finishes) and nothing else, would you like me to get it completely up to date on its Windows Update?

Thank you again Axe0 for your help and patience throughout these last few months. Its been very hectic but I'm glad we are moving closer to figuring this blue screen problem out!
