BSOD and computer randomly restarts / freeze crash (willing to pay)

Hey guys, I am getting BSOD whenever I use my computer for more than 20 minutes. Sometimes I get BSOD or sometimes my google chrome just crashes then my computer restarts out of nowhere. I recently switched my graphics card as my previous one burnt out. I had no issues for a few days but this started happening today and I didn't change anything on my computer recently.

Please help  I can't do anything :(

Update: I am in deep trouble. Turns out it's happening in safe mode. I also just reinstalled OS and it's still happening. For example it just crashed when it was loading my fresh Windows (fresh install). It must be some kind of hardware issue please help :(

There are no dump files, but all the crashes are 0xF4, please follow instructions below

Please check {windows partition}\windows\minidump and check if there are any dump files saved.
Please make sure your pc is configured for small dump files How to configure minidump | Windows 7 tutorial

Please run a threat scan with Malwarebytes*, a full scan with your AV, scan your system with Adwcleaner, Kaspersky TTDSKiller and ESET Online Scanner

Thank you so much Axe0 for responding I'm really nervous right now. I just activated minidump yesterday and left my computer on. It blue screen and crashes anywhere including login screen or safe mode so yesterday it kept on crashing / restarting while I was sleeping so that's probably the content in the mini dump that I attached to this post. I ran the chkdsk and uploaded the log to the post.

Thanks a lot.

Please visit Windows Update and install every update available, it may take a couple of times to get them all.
Install the updates in phases, from small to large, everytime a few(3-5).

After Windows Update is done, follow instructions below.

Please try following:
  • Open an admin command prompt
  • Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
  • When it finished reboot your system
  • Open again an admin command prompt
  • Enter sfc/scannow again
If sfc/scannow does NOT say "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation", please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

   Note
Don't forget to scan your system for malware

Focus on drivers after Windows Update, malware scanning and SFC is done and the results are good.

I reformated again in attempt to have a fresh install then do the windows update immediately but that failed. After I reinstalled the OS, I jumped on windows update immediately. Waited 20 minutes for it to check all the updates then when that got done I pressed install. When the update got to 7% blue screen came up immediately. Is this a incdication of hardware issue? I'm not sure what to do :/

It was a little hard to post this because my browser would just randomly freeze, then close out by itself and then the taskbar would disappear and I would be stuck on the wallpaper until I force restart. I just uploaded the zip. thank you so much for helping me!

im unable to install the updates it always freezes then blue screens after like 5 minutes of downloading or installing. My only option is pinpoint which hardware is failing. I had 2 graphics card and I tried replacing it and am still getting blue screen. So I have to assume its either mother board, ssd or ram. i'm going to try the stress test on CPU now.
