BSOD after waking up from sleep Win 7 x64

Hey, have been looking around for help as I am completely new to BSOD's. I have a HP Pavillion dv6 which originally came with Windows Vista Home Premium x32, recently upgraded to Win 7 x64 clean install, and has been relatively problem-free. But, everytime laptop sleeps, I get a BSOD upon waking up every single time! updated all drivers to latest (compatible with win 7 x64). even updated BIOS. dont know why this keeps happening and is extremely frustrating!!

I've seen 'wake up' issues mentioned in threads here before. Have you searched the forum? Welcome, BTW.

Your dumps indicate hard drive failure.

To make sure if your hard drive is good, follow:

You may also take a hard drive test from the manufacturers website.

Additional: Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure

One of the older dump shows memory corruption.

Run Memtest86+ following:

Refrain from using software like Advance system care 5. These cause corruptions beyond repair.

hey thanks for the responses. badkarma11, i have checked around on other threads but i really needed to know what was causing the bsod from the minidump first.

koolkat77 tried the disk check in windows and also scheduled on system boot, and it didnt report any errors.

will try the HP hard drive diagnostic from BIOS and see what I get. Haven't tried the memtest as yet but will give a shot after the HP hard drive check.
