Hello everyone,
I am having issues after playing Diablo 3 last night. When I was exiting the game my screen froze up and I couldn't press any keys and I was currently in vent where I heard one of the guys voice on repeat for 10 minutes straight so I decided to do a hard reset. After the first restart the windows logo would pop up and begin loading. Then my BSOD happen at that moment. I tried restarting in safe mode as well to no avail getting the same BSOD. I also decided to switch off my disk drives one by one but the same BSOD happens as soon as the windows logo appears for several seconds. I also switched my RAM around thinking it was a faulty RAM slot or stick but same results. This is the BSOD that flashes before my computer restarts:
STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
the verification of a KnownDLL failed. System process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000428 (0x008246d0 0x00000000). The system has been shut down.
I'm really not sure how to go about solving the underlying issues and any suggestions would be great. Thanks for reading! And let me know if there any questions you might have.
