download new dvd from Microsoft - with or without SP1?

Greetings.
I am about to download a new installationdvd for windows 7 Ultimate x64 from Microsoft Software Recovery. MS has validated my key, and it is OK (of course!). I then choose x64, my language, and then it will download an .ISO to burn on a DVD. But nowhere can I find any information on, how "updated" this .ISO file is

Does it have SP1 integrated? Does it have newest security updates integrated? Or is it "just" as clean as my original dvd from the time around Windows 7 was completely new?

Anybody knows anything about this?

We concluded that it does contain SP1. have a look at the thread though as you may not have downloaded what i did - and so the size check we did may not apply to you.

My download is a danish windows 7 x64 ultimate, and it is a little bigger than yours, mine is 3.494.248.448. so I guess, that SP1 is indeed integrated
