BSOD after windows starts - faulty drivers or damaged gpu? :/

Hello Folks,

i got a BSOD since upgrading my driver and installation of my new vga fan.
im using the arctic cooling accelero xtreme 3 and after i upgraded to a raedon wattmen driver suite the fan was broken. so i ordered a sparefan and its running fine again.
now i was reinstall my windows 7 x64 freshly but im getting bsod after restarting the computer after i reinstalled the new drivers.
only safemode helps and ive deinstall the driver packages with the amd cleanup tool.
i also tried to grab a new windows iso with integrated updates etc. installed if of a usb stick, but the bsod persist
also i installed windows so many times today, that my ssds **** up my ahci when the pc/bios starts, atm i got win 7 installed on a western digital velociraptor (ive to hotplug the ssd and format the ssd within a started windows to solve it)

funny thing this poster got a "similiar" problem like me.
atikmpag.sys, dxgkrnl.sys, and dxgmms1.sys - Win 7x64

when im using the amd minimal setup, it tells me that the driver is already installed and when im using older version, there happens an error but i cant see any errors within the logfiles of the setup x.X

Try the GPU in another system and see how that works out.
If it doesn't work out well, I'll need to know your PSU and cooling.

psu bequiet pure power 630watt. BQT L8-CM-630watt.
cooling gpu arctic cooling accelero xtreme 3 on gpu-pwm

i read somewhere, that x5-x7 series of bqt psu arent that reliable and can cause bluescreens. maybe its more heavy used because i overclocked the cpu to 3.2ghz with 400er fsb. but i kept the orginal vid (roughly 1.25v)

i did it before and checked everything. loaded fail safe bios and then optimized settings
today i changed the psu and tried to install drivers again.
next step is to test gpu in a friends rig, i guess its more or less somehow broken some cheeki breeki hardware feature ô.O
after it failed in a friends rig, i try to bake it. therefore i get a new cheap low budget gpu.
never buy stock coolings for gpu, only stress and expensive metal scrap.

also i get random appcrashes after i close certain programms like kvirc. c0000000005 (i think some zeroes to much) maybe i should test the ram aswell. (ddr2 is ****ing expensiv x.X)
