Solved BSOD after windows startup

Hi,
My friend is having a problem with is computer where after the startup of Windows it gives a BSOD, the problem is because of that he can't use the program from the 'Windows 7: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions' page. He sent me a picture of the screen (attachment) and it's all i got. Can anyone identify the problem from the picture only? Giving a possible solution will help too.

Probably caused by: wimFsf.sys

Driver Description: Windows IMage File System Mini-filter

Usually appears in a BSOD due to a corrupted Windows ISO/ ISO download/ ISO burning issue; also could be bad HDD/SSD

Source: Driver Reference Table - wimFsf.sys

If your friends storage device is a HDD (not a SSD), try a bootable disc scanner like seatools.

If disc is good, it will be the best to perform a clean install using a good installation media.
