BSOD and computer runs SLOW after reboot from BSOD

I get a bsod when waking up my computer with either 0x000000e1 or 0x0000001e. I cannot remember which but am pretty sure it is the former. After my computer restarts from the bsod everything seems to run slowly. The computer logs in slowly, windows explorer freezes, chrome does not download or log in properly, and cryengine crashes more than usual. After a clean restart my computer seems to 'fix' itself - that is, until I try to wake it up again.
I did recently install the GeForce 314.07 driver and am currently reinstalling it, but I would like to know now if that is the issue or if there is something else before I go testing things and pulling my hair out again.

SF diag attached.

Thanks!

Yes I followed as I was advised previously. Everything has been working great since then (upgraded hardware too). No issues were found with AVG either.
I use AVG, not macafee.

I noticed that I only get a BSOD if I turn my second monitor (hdmi tv) AFTER I wake up or start up my computer. If I turn it on before everything runs smoothly.

Never mind.
It seems like it was a problem with the nvidia drivers. I updated them (again) to the version that just came out and the problem went away.
Thanks for the help anyways.... I guess
