Hello,

Thank you for a prompt reply. Thanks for informing me on the driver, since I updated it my internet problems completely went away.

However, I am still freezing where the mouse would be stuck in one place, and the num lock light would turn off on the keyboard.

I am also having some problems to boot up into windows and it launches the windows start up repair. The start up repair fails to resolve any problems, but I managed to copy down the details which are:

Problem signature 01: 6.1.7600.16385
Problem signature 02: 6.1.7600.16385
Problem signature 03: Unknown
Problem signature 04: 171
Problem signature 05: Autofailover
Problem signature 06: 1
Problem signature 07L 0xa

Do you need another set other than what was originally posted?

The more information we have the better but no need to duplicate old data. If you have new DMps upload them.

Hello,

I have not received any new dump files since all my computer does is freeze. Mouse won't move numlock light turns off.

However, last night I found something very interesting. I was downloading a large file, it would take me about 9 hrs to download. Left the computer on overnight and checked its progress this morning. I saw that the computer froze maybe 30 minutes after I set the download and the file was at 5%.

I then rebooted the computer and set the file to download again. When I did this I noticed that 88% of the file has downloaded. Which means my computer did not lock up? Only the screen froze?

Hope you can shed some light here

Perhaps a networking issue and if DL was a torrent perhaps that.
