I am getting them lately and have no clue as too why. This device is only a few months old. Factory OS install with absolutely zero installed from Panasonic. This is the 1st time I have ever experienced the BSOD on W7 since it was released on Technet. Any advice would be so greatly appreciated.

Hello Steven mate see something wrong with the dump files but am not sure what it actually is. The dump files do have a relationship with a problem device (see pic) and I think it is as well to make sure the drivers are updated for those devices as in the pic. I would at least do the chipset for starters.

You have two dumps, one pointing to Intel storage driver,

Code:

The other pointing to Intel graphics driver,

Both are the same version offered on Panasonic's site right now.

The bugchecks are the same, BSOD Index

This is the item ICIT2LOL is pointing out as the problem device,

Interesting you should point out the EM7355. I was having an issue with the BT when I got this. They had me do an OS re-install and it did fix it. The driver for the EM7355 was an option and since I was not ready to activate it yet I did not install anything related to it. FF 2 weeks and I had to install it and start using it. That's when I started to get the BSOD. I uninstalled it and they stopped.
Here is what is puzzling. Last night I re-installed it the exact same software for it. I did go to Sierra Wireless and found an updated FW for it. I updated it and so far all is good.

The Graphics driver is the OEM driver as you stated. No way I can change that to something else. Panasonic is very peculiar about the Graphics driver. It's tied into some other programs that will either not work or be buggy if I were to install the latest general driver from Intel.

Do you think reinstalling the same driver could help? Maybe the install did not go as it was supposed to....

I will see how it goes and hope for the best. Thanks for the time in helping!

You're welcome,

I was mainly pointing out it was two different drivers in the dumps, if you get a pattern of the same driver, then you can take some action.

That is interesting about the EM7355.

As for drivers, it's best to stick to the laptop manufacturer. In your case Panasonic.

I did notice in the logs there were more BSOD's reported than the two dumps you uploaded so there may be a pattern but for the time being I would just see how it goes.

Well poop. I headed yall's advice and all has been good so far. This evening I had Chrome open on a website and the BSOD happened.

If this does turn out to be related to my network driver/drivers I just might scream. A few weeks ago it started having an issue connecting to WiFi coming out of sleep. I would go to Device Manager and under my NIC it would say that this device has been disabled due to a problem. I have the Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the Panasonic drivers with no luck. I did the Intel drivers as well with no luck.

I just finished reading the Carrona website. Now I just have to try and decipher all that wealth of knowledge! If I could ask someone to help decipher my log file that would be great.

Unfortunately it is the Intel wifi driver,

Code:
Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

I'm not sure if you can get a newer one than this,

Code:

Sorry, I wish I could offer more but you've already tried other drivers.

Thanks for your help here. Question for ya....If I have tried Panasonic's and Intel's driver package why would this still being acting up? That's where I'm confused.

That's a good question, I don't have an answer for you though. We can look at the bugcheck for possibilities but you can see here the usual causes are just about everything.

Code:
BugCheck A, {8, 2, 0, fffff8000321a7f7}

Code:
Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility

Farther down the page we get,

Code:
Cause
This bug check is issued if paged memory (or invalid memory) is accessed when the IRQL is too high.

The error that generates this bug check usually occurs after the installation of a faulty device driver, system service, or BIOS.

Even looking deeper in the dump file, most of the other entries are also that driver,

That's just a section of it to show you, I would be focusing on that driver myself.

If the card functions when it isn't crashing, then there is something about the driver or something else causing that driver to crash.

What that something else might be is not showing itself to me, I'm far from an expert though.

Panasonic did release a new BIOS a few weeks ago. I updated it yesterday but unfortunately it did not help my issue. I spoke to support as well about the issue. I explained what all I have done in regards to trouble shooting. They pretty much said that they can't suggest or do anymore then what I have done. They cannot log in remotely due to security/clearance concerns. There warranty is a 48 hour turn around so I'm thinking about doing that. However, I will be willing to bet they will just do a clean install. Which I might just end up doing.

The biggest headache is that the NIC won't connect resuming from sleep. Reboot and it's instant. Such a pain....

I don't use a USB connection very often. However, I do know that the Touch, U-Blox GPS uses an internal USB port.
The Realtek USB GBE Family Controller kinda confuses me. When I am plugged into ethernet sometimes it runs thru my Intel 1218-LM. Sometimes it uses the Realtek. What exactly is this Realtek thingy? Never seen this type of hardware before.
