Solved BSOD appear when I reboot PC

hello everybody , I have bought a new pc and installed win7 on it but when I wanna reboot my pc or shut it down BSOD screen appears . Will you please let me know how do I can fix it ?

Its ok

The crash caused from Intels51.sys,

Please update the driver of your Intel® 536EP Modem Driver, Intel V.92 Modem. http://downloadcenter.intel.com/

Update also these old drivers,

thanks for the reply , it was useful when I uninstall modem driver BSOD screen will gone , but the problem is that I couldn't find any new driver for win 7 nor Vista ! all drivers are for win XP

No more bsod good news!

For the driver,

Try with the intel driver update utility.

Intel® Driver Update Utility

Though sometimes when hardware is too old is difficult to find drivers for new os like win 7.

I have installed XP driver then I went to update manager and I found an optional update for modem there , after updating and installing it , BSOD has gone
