BSOD at boot says "...not fully ACPI compliant"

I installed windows 7 and theirs no problem with it, but later I decided to downgrade my W7 to Wxp. When I install win xp when installation was in "Windows starting to set up" but later on something came up which says "ACPI Bios is not fully ACPI compliant"...

Win XP is an old (and good) OS but it isn't compatible with new hardware.
You should try to install Win XP under Win 7 on a virtual machine. Microsoft has a virtual machine software. Google and look to see if it can install Win XP on the virtual machine.
