Driver symefa64.sys is causing error according to System Events log. User has been using external Insignia Bluetooth Dongle used for external hardware devices while still having Dell Centrino Bluetooth card enabled. Dongle shows as "unknown device" in device manager. Wondering if these two are in conflict and causing the system to misbehave.

I just discovered that the symefa64.sys driver belongs to Symantec. Will be looking at version updates for this user.

That is correct, but I would first remove Symantec and install it after removing to see if that helps.

Just found out earlier today that Symantec identified that driver as a problem that caused BSODs and has since released a maintenance update.

Thanks for your help!
