BSOD at random interval's, error 0x00000124

I have been getting random BSOD's and have no real idea of the cause, would very much appreciate any assistance that can be given here.

This is a newly build computer and not even 3 weeks old, I believe I am running all the latest drivers as I have used driver magician to get the one's I was missing.
