Greetings!

So I've been dealing with this for quite some time but I'm finally getting around to asking questions about this now because it's kind of a nuisance. Sometimes it will happen 3 times a day, other times I can go about a week without it happening. I'm unsure of why it's happening. If I'm being truthful, it happens a lot when I'm playing music, whether it's Spotify or Winamp.

Other times it's happened while browsing, and a rarely it has happened while on Steam. I've gotten several different error codes over the weeks, but 'ntoskrnl.exe' seems to always be involved.

Log attached.

Hello and welcome warrenofsnares mate that is a lot of BSOD's now the dump you mentioned is a very common one and rally could anything and needs a bit of digging down into the dumps to find where the problem lies. For example there is one that loos to me to be an issue with your USB drivers.

Code:
MODULE_NAME: iusb3xhc

IMAGE_NAME: [COLOR="Red"]iusb3xhc.sys[/COLOR]

STACK_COMMAND: .cxr 0xfffff8800f018a30 ; kb

BUCKET_ID: WRONG_SYMBOLS

FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: WRONG_SYMBOLS

ANALYSIS_SOURCE: KM

FAILURE_ID_HASH_STRING: km:wrong_symbols

FAILURE_ID_HASH:  {70b057e8-2462-896f-28e7-ac72d4d365f8}

Followup: MachineOwner

Now you can start with updating that 3.0 Intel USB driver ASRock > Fatal1ty Z97X Killer or what I would do very first if you haven't already
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Disk Check < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2 (if you are going to use the /r switch there is no need for the /f switch)
Run these in safe mode and the sfc often best run for two to three runs – you can leave out the /r switch in ckdsk if you feel it not necessary

if no fix then these

SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!
Malwarebytes | Malwarebytes Premium
AdwCleaner Download
ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans
(NB If you are running Kaspersky as the main AV then it might need disabling it when trying ADW because it does not like it at times)

Gave this a whirl. So far, so good. Will report if I have a crash.

If there's anything else someone picked up from that log though, I'd be open to hearing at, as it seemed like there were a lot of crash reports in there with different items.

Ok now the problem with that dump is the NVidia driver and if you haven't updated that since installing the card then please do that.

Now there are two sites one EVGA and the NVidia one they are linked below and I personally would try the EVGA one first

EVGA - Download Center

NVIDIA DRIVERS GeForce Game Ready Driver WHQL

Just an afterthought are you overclocking anything too if so it might be an idea to wind that back to a default setting/s?

I never overclock, but I'm going to try updating that driver now and see if it does the trick. Thank you much!

Ok mate spot on and wow that is a lot of blue screens now the last dump is coming up with this

Code:
*** WARNING: [COLOR="red"]Unable to verify timestamp for iusb3xhc.sys[/COLOR]
*** ERROR: Module load completed [COLOR="Red"]but symbols could not be loaded for iusb3xhc.sys[/COLOR]
***** Kernel symbols are WRONG. Please fix symbols to do analysis.

The suggested fix is to download / update the Intel driver for the USB ports on your machine
ASRock > Fatal1ty Z97X Killer use the USA download from this listing of your board drivers.
Having said that it might not be the only issue on your machine we just have to work through them to find the culprit after seeing this.

Code:
[COLOR="red"]BugCheck 7E[[/COLOR]/CODE]

So lets just go ahead with that driver and see how things go.
