BSOD at random (short delays)

Hi there, I've been suffering from BSOD's on my rig since yesterday. Usually i can get it patched up by myself with a lot of tinkering, but this time the error messages aren't very helpful and not pointing to any specific program/driver/etc.

The BSOD's started yesterday. I purchased a disk docking device (connected by USB), put in a disk from a different pc that had a hardware failure and started recovering files with easeus data recovery wizard. During this process was the first time that i had a BSOD - this continued two more times until i finally got tired of it and tried on a different system. It worked fine over there. Before that, i assumed the software is just faulty in 64 bit somehow and installed virtualbox to try and run the software safely. Didn't work out though. Outside of that, i had no BSOD's yesterday, but have had a bunch randomly today.

The various messages i've had:
irql_not_less_or_equal
reference by pointer
PFN list corrupt

After some attempted fixing (uninstalling virtualbox and other things) the BSOD's persisted so i did a system restore to two days ago, removing any software changes. However, this didn't fix things. Most recently i've received, "a driver has overrun a stack-based buffer" and bad pool header. Most of the crashes seem to occur when switching to programs (firefox), although the bad pool header has happened even right after logging in. Obviously there is some driver-based issue somewhere (posting this in safe mode, it works fine) but i can't figure out where.

Here's a collection of my system info/crash dump as per the stickied post: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ci95apngyie9yma/MAIN-vr_14_11_2014_162845,60.zip?dl=0

EDIT: got another BSOD, even in safe mode. Then my pc got stuck in a start/stop within seconds (screen didn't show anything). Seems like it is a hardware issue, then. I'd appreciate if anyone can doublecheck/figure out what exactly is wrong.

That's not very helpful... the tool in the linked thread was used, the zip uploaded and linked to.

Regardless, my problem has been solved - one of the sticks of RAM turned faulty.

It is very helpful because if you read it all it tells you in Step 6 exactly what we ask for.
