BSOD at random times

I have the one RAM card and it is set up this way, I actually have tried using the black slots but the card never goes in all the way anyway.... I haven't had a BSOD since about 4 days ago. I actually uninstalled a game called League of Legends because it was having errors with Adobe Air and constantly bug splatting, I am wondering if maybe it could also be the reason I was getting the memory BSOD's

yeah you have the new-fangled RAM slots that have a lock on only one end, near the top. You have to press the DIMM (RAM stick) in the bottom end first firmly then the top pushed down till it locks in place.

The DIMM should work in any slot, you can contact ASUS for a replacement. There may be other issues develop at a later time if one slot is bad.

The idea of replacing a motherboard freaks me out, hopefully, if I have to, I can find someone to help me for cheap

Contact ASUS support about the bad RAM slot and see what they tell you. They should be willing to replace it. IF they have it asked for an Advanced replacement, you give them a CC number and they ship one out right away and you'll have a couple of weeks to return the old one. This way they won't just ship yours back saying they found no problems.

Yeah, you should find someone experienced to swap the boards, it means nearly a complete disassemble of the PC.
There are some good videos on Newegg and Youtube on the process if you want to be adventurous.
