Solved BSOD at welcome screen before entering password WIN7

Hello,

I have a blue screen issue whenever I start my computer. It gets to the welcome screen and before I even enter the password, it goes to blue screen everytime I try. SafeMode works fine. It`s an ASUS K53SD laptop and I`m running Windows 7 Professional N 64-bit. Is anyone aware of this issue, and can please tell me what causes this? I don't want to re-install Windows before trying to solve this issue.

Hi.

Disable Bluetooth in Device Manager.

Report us for any further BSOD after doing it.

Enable it only when you use it, and then disable it back.

EDIT: for everyone else having a similar issue, when the blue screen shows AMPPAL.sys error, I highly recommend arc's solution above.
