So previously you had an nvidia card. The data says that at that time there was some display related issues.

You replaced it with a ATI card, and nothing changed.

Do the following in this case:

Are you overclocking? As you are getting BSODs, you should stop overclocking and run all the hardware components like CPU, GPU and RAM to their default settings. Also set the BIOS to default, too. Check if the Power Supply Unit (PSU) supplying adequate power to the computer or not. Also let us know the wattage of the installed PSU.

Is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy. Alternatively, you can publish a Speccy snapshot too:
Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.Take a screenshot of the furmark window before closing it. Upload the screenshot for us. Also let us know if you have experienced any crash/BSOD and/or artifacts during the test.

Let us know the results.

Yes i did have a nvidia card recently but the fans stop working so i replaced it with a AMD and was hoping it would fix the problem also but that was not the case.

I have never overclocked anything.

I have restored factory default in bios
The power supply is fine. I have a CS550m corsair.

So it is a factory OC'd card.
Though it is said that those cards are designed in such a manner that it can bear the OC, but better you set it free of the OC.
Code:
Core Clock Speed(MHz): 1020 MHz / 970 MHz
Also try the 16.1.1 hotfix. AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.1.1 Hotfix Release Notes

See how it goes. Let us know.

Sounds good.

If the issue persists, have a higher PSU of 620W.
