BSOD "Bad Pool Header" and "Page In Nonpage Area" Runs in Safe Mode

Hi, I am having a problem with my newer computer, I just got this rig a few months ago and never had a problem until last Thursday. It Blue Screened on me while I was installing ARC GIS 10.1. From then on it randomly crashes. (I have previously installed ARC GIS 10 and never had a problem.)

I keep things updated (windows and drivers) and I do think windows forced through an update earlier that day. I un installed ARC GIS 10.1 and the windows update, didn't make any difference. I have also ran the Windows Mem test and Auslogic BoostSpeed/ Registry repair. I keep getting "Bad Pool Header" and "Page In Nonpage Area" and I can't seem to find something that triggers it. So far it hasn't crashed in Safe Mode without network access. I tried it once with access and it crashed. Currently have windows checking the drives for errors ( I have 4).

I think I attached the proper dump files. This is my work computer so this is kind of causing a big problem. Thanks in advanced for the help!!

Welcome aboard.

The crash dump you supplied, suggests the display driver failed there.

Ok, after it cashing twice while trying to download the driver, I got it installed and it seemed fine for a few minuets and then it BSOD Page in Nonpage Area. I was watching a quick video and the sound freaked out right when it crashed and stayed on during the memory dump. As a side note my sound is hooked up to the on-board sound card, not through the HDMI outputs one the video cards.

I attached the dump file from the crash after installing the driver. I was wondering if I should try pulling one of the cards since I don't have them in SLI and seeing if that makes a difference. I also was running it in Linux earlier and it was fine so thats leading me to believe that it is a driver vs a bad stick of ram, maybe? The only thing is that I was running it from a usb so a bad hard drive is still a possibility?

Thanks Again!

Saying again, you need to update the display driver.
Code:

If you suspect the RAM, test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight, per RAM module per slot.
