BSOD - Bad Pull Caller and others

Hello to everybody: this is my first post on this forum and i desire to anticipate my thanks to everyone would try to give me an help

i have just put together the following desktop computer:

MB Asus P5Q
CPU Intel Pentium E6600
Memory Corsair DDR2 400Mhz 2x2GB 5-5-5-18
VGA nvidia GT6600
HD Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 ST3500413AS

The system is NOT overclocked and BIOS settings are the standard to increase stability
Storage controller is set as AHCI and there is an optical drive on the Marvel ide controller
The installed antivirus is Bitdefender Free
No viruses or any other malaware infections as the system is just borned
MemTest86 hasn't releaved faulty memory
Enabling Verifier.exe i get always a BSOD at the welcome screen or during the login that accuses the file ASACPI.SYS

Unfortunatelly i experiment some apparently random BSOD (see the attached) during normal use or just before the welcome screen or during the login.
Futhermore another BSOD occurs during the windows 7 performance index test at the point where it begins to analayze the graphic performance. On this behaviour i have noticed that the text Performed correctly without any BSOD with the first driver installed automatically by windows as default

i've looked at the dump files with Bluescreenview.exe and they seems to point to some files as the issue cause:

assmannudsmbus.sys

I'm sorry for having posted another thread for Bad Pool Caller BSOD (i didn't see the others on the same argument) but it isn't the only one i get actually and the most of them haven't a "title" neither

BSOD caused by AssmannUDSMBus lol

You might want to uninstall the related software.

Reduce items at start-up. No software except anti-virus is required plus doing this improves the time for logging into windows:

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:

• Click on the rb:
• Type CMD on Search
• Left click and Run as Administrator
• Type SFC /scannow

Run Disk Check on your Hard Drive for file system errors and bad sectors on it.

 Hard Drive Diagnostics

• Double click and open my computer.
• Right click on desired drive and hit properties.
• Click on tools tab and Check now.
