BSOD Bad_Pool_Caller, ***Stop: 0x000000c2

Hey, I just recently switched my internet over to Dish Internet and Ive been receiving a BSOD on my laptop ever since. It only occurred after I switched so I'm thinking that's where the problem came from.

Hi Chaoisia

Uninstall the smartdefrag application . Using RevoUninstaller . That program causes a lot of BSODs .

Use RevoUninstaller


Download



Click on the IObit app inside RevoUnistaller and choose uninstall
Click on Yes to agree you want to uninstall
On the Select an Uninstall Mode window click on Advanced and click on Next .
If you get the builtin Uninstaller for the app use that and once you're done click Finish
Back inside RevoUninstaller click on Next
Let RevoUninstaller scan for left over registry keys . Click on Select All and choose Delete .
Once done click on Next.
Let the left over files and folders be locates then Click on Select All then click Delete then Next and you should be done .

I'm currently following the guide but Ive hit a wall.

Every time I do

5. To have Windows Create a Kernel memory dump File on BSOD
NOTE: This is the default setting.

A) Copy and paste the command below into the elevated command prompt, and press Enter. (see screenshot below step 7)

wmic RECOVEROS set DebugInfoType = 2

B) Go to step 7​

Every time I do this I get a "Generic Failure" in the command prompt.

Do a memory dump not a Kernel dump.

I cant do a complete memory dump because I'm not given the option but when I do a small memory dump the same problem occurs.
