BSOD Bad_Pool_Header

Hi I just did a custom build and I am starting to get the BCOD with the error Bad_Pool_Header. All of this problem started after I switched my MOBO, I had a ASRock Extreme3 Gen3, which I switched with a ASUS P8Z77-V LK. My PC Specs are:

MotherBoard: ASUS P8Z77-V LK LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s
Processor: Intel Core i3-2120 Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core
Memory (RAM): G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
HardDrive: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6Gb/s
Graphics Card: ASUS HD7770-2GD5 Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 2GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready

Any suggestion how I can go into windows, it won let me boot into it, even thru safe mode
